My fiance got engagement ring at weber brothers in Lancaster, unfortunately they no longer are open. Helker Jewelry however has been super helpful with anything and everything from getting my ring resized to getting it appraised to making it sparkle like its brand new! And their customer service is beyond amazing, and their work is excellent and fast!!! Love this place!

I have done business with Helker's twice now. The first time was to repair prongs on an heirloom ring from my Mother. When they finished with it, it looked brand new! Now we don't have to worry about losing a stone. My second experience was having an old wedding set recreated into a new ring as a gift for my daughter. They guided me on designing a new ring from many 'free form' choices they had available. It turned out absolutely gorgeous and my daughter now has a ring she will wear and cherish. I trust Helker Jewelry and wouldn't go anywhere else for an original design or a repair! They have made a customer for life out of me.

Awesome customer service!! I didn't catch the guys name, but he was awesome and the ladies were so helpful as well! I just don't think there's a better jeweler in the area.

I go to college in Platteville and my bracket broke and they were nice enough to fix it right when I walked in free of charge. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
